When will I get my item?

We offer shipping to the UK and beyond. Shipping times and costs may vary please see the below list for details:

UK Orders:

  • Express Delivery (£5.99): 1-2 business days
  • FREE Express Delivery on orders over £150: 1-2 business days

European Orders:

  • Standard Delivery (€7.50): 4-7 business days
  • DHL Express Delivery (€19.99): 1-3 business days
  • FREE Standard Delivery on orders over €200: 4-7 business days

Germany, Spain & France:

  • Standard Delivery (€7.50): 4-7 business days
  • DHL Express Delivery (€19.99): 1-3 business days
  • FREE Standard Delivery on orders over €150: 4-7 business days

USA:

  • DHL Express Delivery ($19.99): 1-3 business days
  • FREE Express Delivery on orders over $150: 1-3 business days

Australia:

  • DHL Express Delivery ($24.99): 1-3 business days
  • FREE Express Delivery on orders over $200: 1-3 business days

Rest of World:

  • DHL Express Delivery (€24.99): 1-3 business days

Important Notes:

  • For express delivery, orders must be placed before 2 pm (UK time)
  • Weekend orders are processed the following Monday
  • We currently do not ship to Ukraine, Russia, or Belarus
What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from receipt to return any item

Return Process:

  1. Repack items carefully
  2. Send back to our return address
  3. Keep your proof of postage
  4. Submit a return request through our website (UK or International)

Return Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless items are faulty
  • We refund up to £10/€12/$15 in postage costs if:
    • The incorrect item was dispatched
    • The item is deemed faulty
    • A valid postage receipt is provided

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the couriers own website depending on the shipping method used..

Can I cancel my order?

The only time an order can be cancelled is if it hasn't been passed onto our production team yet for processing as each item is made to order.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes, we offer a size guide on our website to help you find the right fit. Each item in our shop displays the size guide for that particular garment.
